Exhibitors will be in Room 2, immediately adjacent to the Room 1 where the actual conference presentations/discussions will take place.  The breaks and lunch will be in the Exhibit Room, providing an opportunity for attendees and exhibitors to interact.  Total attendance is expected to be 140.

 

Six-foot tables will be provided. Electrical outlets are available, but exhibitors will need to provide their own extension cords.

 

Set-up is between 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. Take-down before 5 p.m.

 

To view the program and confirmed presenters go to www.bafpaa.org/conference. Registration is closed. But if an employee of your company has registered then you may exhibit. The cost to exhibit is only $25.  Checks for exhibiting should be made out and sent to:
